Global Computerized Examination Solutions!

Welcome to the ISO Quality Testing site.

Iso-Quality Testing is currently closed in observance of the Memorial Day holiday.  We will resume regular business hours on Tuesday May 26, 2020.

This message is an important update regarding your scheduled examination.  IQT/Prometric has been actively engaged in identifying and responding to the potential health risks that COVID-19 poses to our exam takers, staff, and other individuals. Our responses have taken into account numerous perspectives, including governmental policies and information provided by local/global health organizations.

The US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has issued updated guidance on measures to be taken to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 disease.  In particular, the CDC lowered the number of people that should be able to congregate in the same space from 50 to 10 in the United States.  In addition, your state or local government has extended COVID-19 mandates, which affects testing in your area.

Given these new mandates, IQT/Prometric has determined it is necessary and appropriate to close our test centers in your area until May 31st. This dramatic step is necessary in order to comply with this new federal guidance as well as to further protect the health and well-being of the individual test takers and the staff that provide services at each of our testing locations.  We anticipate re-opening our test centers effective June 1st, however, please note that the specific date will be dependent on circumstances that are changing daily.  This is how this change will affect you:

·        Your candidate exam session has been cancelled.

·        You can log into the IQT scheduling platform and reschedule into any open session (the system will only look for dates 10 days out      so please adjust the Start Date in the search parameter).

·        IQT/Prometric has extended all exam windows that were set to expire during this downtime.

·        You are permitted to reschedule your exam without contacting the IQT offices.

Once testing resumes, social distancing practices and procedures will be in place to ensure the safety of test takers and Prometric staff.  You will be required to follow all local government mandated guidelines when you arrive at the test center to start your exam session.  If your local government requires you wear a mask and you do not bring a mask, you will not be permitted to sit for you exam and you will be counted as a No Show, and be required to pay to sit for the exam again.

Please do not call the office during this down time, as we will not be able to assist with scheduling your exam.

We understand that this decision has an impact on you as a candidate. As you will appreciate, these are complex decisions caused by this unprecedented event. Once we see the restrictions are being lifted, we will send another email update.
